A Message To Our Loyal Customers
As we learn more and more each day while the COVID-19 situation intensifies, our main goal is to protect our customers and our employees so we can continue to serve our surrounding communities during these trying times.
The situation remains fluid and we monitor on a daily basis our areas of operation, and any local, state, and federal mandates that may affect our service areas. While safety is our first concern, we understand our customers and our community needs to operate with some sense of normalcy. During this crisis, people will need to move, some people will need to clear out space in their homes, and construction projects must go on. We will be there to clean up for our customers, as well as pitch in if our local and state government need us.
To ensure the safety of our customers and our employees, we are ensuring our employees are washing and sanitizing frequently, wearing gloves for each job, and monitoring the health of our employees. Our truck will be frequently wiped down with disinfectant wipes where there is frequent team member activity. We are following government guidelines for self-quarantine in the event any team member comes in contact with any other individual that may be infected with COVID-19. All team members will keep within a distance of 6 feet of you while at the pickup site. While our team members remain overly friendly, we will be unable to shake hands at this time.
To ensure minimal interaction with our customers, we have a staff member on duty at all times to contact you via phone if choose at the end of each pickup to take your payment via phone.
