Dale and Tony were excellent with the wonderful job they did for me today!! They were earlier than expected and I couldn’t be happier! They were both very professional efficient and kind. I will definitely recommend “Take it away today” to my friends who may require their service. I would definitely call them again for another project.

Dale and Isaiah were so professional helpful accommodating and strong! They took so much care with all our stuff and went above and beyond. Plus Larry and the office staff were very helpful and informative. The whole experience was a pleasure and a lifesaver and we will definitely be using Take It Away again. Take It Away Today did an excellent job of cleaning up a large pile of branches along the road on our property that was being cited by the township. Take It Away Today gave me a phone quote and scheduled the pick up under a tight timeline. I was not able to be home during the pickup but Jevan did an excellent job of cleaning up the pile of branches without leaving a trace. Very professional service.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the minute I called and spoke to Jeff I was treated with the utmost respect and personal attention. Jeff is so nice! I used them twice so far once for my house and once for my Mom’s. Lamont, Bernard and Aaron took such good care of us. They wouldn’t let me lift a finger and were professional, kind and funny. They arrived early for both appointments and I got an appointment within one or two days of calling. . They weren’t just in a hurry to move on to the next project. The prices were amazing and so fair. Before you call any other Junk hauler, (and you know who I mean) stop and call Take It Away Today you won’t regret it

My father passed away and after moving mom out we had a very large project on our hands in cleaning out their house. This was complicated by our recent snow storms. As well watching all of the items in the house be taken away was difficult as everything was filled with memories. I couldn’t have found a better company to help me get through this. The guys were great. They kept their commitment during the snow storm and helped shovel to keep the clean out going. We ended up filling ten trucks over two day and the crews were wonderful. Highly recommend their service.

3 gentleman showed up from 90 minutes away. Removed tank from basement. However, dolly wheels flatten due to weight of tank. First hurdle was to get item outside. 2nd hurdle was getting this tank that took 4 guys including myself on top of truck. It was 4 foot to get item on truck. They didn’t have the correct truck that lower to make our lives easy. They devised a plan. With all OUR strength we managed to get it on truck. My only regret was I didn’t have any cash to give for tip. AWESOME!!!!!!!

The team was excellent, professional and thorough. If I were in charge I have 2 suggestions neither of which reflects upon the team. First have at least one truck which has hydraulic capabilities for very heavy pieces. You disposed of an organ that was probably 400 lbs. Second have an invoice of the articles that are scheduled to be removed. Let the customer know. A small bed was not removed. But that was my fault because I forgot. Your team was excellent. Your customer service is marginal

After a horrific experience with a competitor working with Take It Away Today was an amazingly wonderful experience! After calling to explain my dilemma I was provided the first available pick-up received a confirmation email detailing pick-up window – cost – date – time and location. Best news of all – they showed up when scheduled and advised via text and email the pick-up was completed! Now this was a great customer experience- thanks again!

I must say I wish everyone that I Conduct business with was as efficient as you and your guys they came on time very respectful friendly not overbearing and STRONG QUICK for such young guys they were very professional they work together I wish I had more work for them to do I would hire them again and again and again thank you so much for your services.

I canceled called again and renewed my order and it was seamless. On the phone both Diane and Gina were terrific. In a time when customer service can be what makes or breaks satisfaction these people are pros!

Both guys were very friendly terrific workers. I had a lot of heavy furniture and they really hustled to get it out. I was amazed that they never took a break. They packed the truck very efficiently and filled every nook and cranny to get everything on the truck. I didn’t think they were going to get everything on but they found a way! I am so glad I called you guys!

Dale and Tony were AMAZING…they were able to take everything away and they even cleaned up the excess dirt… I would highly recommend this company and these 2 great guy… the job was scheduled within 2 days….this is also the second job that they did for me… do not hesitate to call TAKE IT AWAY TODAY… if I could give the company and the technicians 10 STARS I would do it… thank you for a job WELL done!!!!

Starting with the call inquiring about the services until the completion of the job, every step was handled professionally. Larry in the office explained the process and was courteous as much as he was professional. The team who completed the pick-up were very professional quick and courteous. We were kept informed of the team’s location and ETA. Definitely I will use “Take it Away Today” and strongly recommend them.
